• resource.org has a large database of old legal opinions, including most of the United States Reports and Federal Reporter.
• AltLaw.org has taken resource.org's data and made it searchable, creating a free site for legal research. They also collect recent decisions.
• PACER now allows free access to federal court opinions, including district court opinions, which frequently are not published on the open web.
